Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, aczkolwiek warunkuje rejestrację i uczestnictwo w Kongresie. Przysługuje Państwu prawo dostępu do swoich danych osobowych, ich poprawy, żądania usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania lub wniesienie sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych, a także prawo do przenoszenia danych przez kontakt z Biurem Obsługi Konferencji AltaSoft (adres jak wyżej) lub mailowo na adres konferencje@altasoft.pl. Każda osoba, której dane dotyczą ma prawo wnieść także skargę do organu nadzorczego, jeżeli sądzi, że przetwarzanie danych osobowych jej dotyczące narusza obowiązujące przepisy. Państwa dane przetwarzane są do momentu zakończenia realizacji lub zaprzestania przez Administratora realizacji celu ich przetwarzania oraz w celach archiwizacyjnych do 6 lat od zakończenia Kongresu. Państwa dane będą przekazywane innym odbiorcom, którym Administrator powierzył przetwarzanie danych w swoim imieniu i mogą zostać udostępnione innym odbiorcom, o ile taki obowiązek wynikać będzie z przepisów prawa, nie podlegają zautomatyzowanemu podejmowaniu decyzji ani też nie są przekazywane poza obszar EOG ani do organizacji międzynarodowych.

AltaSoft podejmuje wszelkie stosowne środki bezpieczeństwa zgodne z aktualnie obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, a także powszechnie przyjętymi zasadami służącymi ochronie poufności informacji, w szczególności z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r.

You have the right to access your personal data, correct it, request deletion, limit processing or object to data processing, as well as the right to transfer data by contacting the AltaSoft Conference Service Office (address as above) or by e-mail to konferencje@altasoft.pl. Each data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he or she believes that the processing of personal data concerning him or her violates applicable regulations.
