The costs of accomodation in “full accommodation” package were calculated by the hotel exclusively for participants choosing “full accommodation” package. If you are willing to pay in addition to single room or whole double room, the extra charge is based on the standard hotel prices:
- extra charge for whole double room: 82 EUR/night,
- extra charge for single room: 79 EUR/night.

Participants from Poland are kindly requested to pay the fees in PLN (PLN prices are provided for each option).

Note: If you change your mind and want to receive a VAT invoice, please provide the correct payer information BEFORE you make the payment. After issuing a receipt without a tax identification number, it may not be possible to change it into an invoice.

Each user has the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body if he/she believes that the processing of personal data violates applicable laws. Your data is processed until you withdraw your consent to processing or until AltaSoft fulfills or ceases to process.
