Providing data is voluntary, although it is a condition for registration and participation in the Conference. You have the right to access your personal data, correct it, request its deletion, limit its processing or object to the processing of data, as well as the right to transfer data by contacting the AltaSoft Conference Service Office (address as above) or by e-mail to konferencje@altasoft.pl. Each data subject has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates applicable regulations. Your data is processed until the completion of the implementation or the Administrator ceases to implement the purpose of their processing and for archiving purposes up to 6 years from the end of the Conference. Your data will be transferred to other recipients to whom the Administrator has entrusted the processing of data on its behalf and may be made available to other recipients, provided that such an obligation results from legal regulations, are not subject to automated decision-making and are not transferred outside the EEA or to international organizations.

AltaSoft takes all appropriate security measures in accordance with the currently applicable legal regulations, as well as generally accepted principles for the protection of confidentiality of information, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
